Our team
Deeper Pathways is being built by people who believe that meaningful transformation begins with the courage to look within, and that none of us should have to do that work alone.
Our leaders, facilitators, collaborators, and supporters bring a wide range of experiences and perspectives to this shared vision. We do not approach this work as people who have arrived, but as fellow journeyers who remain committed to our own continuing awareness, surrender, and transformation.
Audrey Parker
Executive Director
Audrey Parker serves as the Executive Director of Deeper Pathways.
A graduate of Wake Forest University with a degree in business, Audrey began her professional life in consulting, where she experienced early career success and helped launch an environmental consulting company. Her work developed her abilities in leadership, organizational strategy, communication, and building new initiatives from the ground up.
Yet the most formative preparation for Deeper Pathways has come through Audrey's own journey of personal and spiritual transformation.
Raised in a nonreligious environment, Audrey experienced a spiritual awakening as an adult that eventually led her into transformational communities within a Christian context. During a later season as a stay-at-home mother, she devoted substantial time to introspection, spiritual seeking, and the challenging work of examining the patterns, beliefs, habits, and internal operating systems that had shaped her life.
Over the past two decades, Audrey has experienced the life-giving changes that can emerge when people are offered a compassionate environment in which to become more self-aware, question familiar ways of living, and courageously engage the places within themselves that need healing, strengthening, or deepening.
That experience has shaped her conviction that transformation should not be confined to one particular framework or vocabulary.
Some people are most ready to pursue greater self-awareness through professional development, leadership growth, or a desire to become more effective in their careers. Others feel safest exploring their inner lives within a Christian framework that welcomes their faith, questions, and desire for a deeper relationship with God. Still others need a nonreligious environment that respects multiple spiritual perspectives, or no spiritual beliefs at all.
Audrey believes each of these can provide an honest and meaningful doorway into transformation.
Her passion is to create spaces that meet people where they are most able to engage deeply, without requiring them to adopt language, beliefs, or motivations that are not their own. She seeks to help people grow in awareness, develop greater compassion for themselves and others, and examine the habits and internal systems that may be limiting their peace, relationships, freedom, and capacity to contribute their gifts to the world.
Audrey does not view herself as a finished person teaching transformation to others. She remains deeply engaged in her own journey: still learning, surrendering, questioning, and welcoming the changes that this work continues to invite in her.
She believes our greatest strength often emerges when we become courageous enough to acknowledge where we struggle, compassionate enough to approach our unfinished places without shame, and vulnerable enough to allow ourselves to be known by others. As awareness grows within a supportive community, people can discover greater freedom, vibrancy, connection, and capacity to offer their truest gifts.
Launching Deeper Pathways feels to Audrey like the convergence of her professional experience, personal transformation, spiritual journey, and deepest sense of calling. She is honored to walk alongside others as they explore their own pathways toward awareness, peace, connection, and continued growth.
Audrey lives in Austin, Texas, with her fiancé and two children. She is profoundly grateful for the opportunity to devote this chapter of her life to work that feels deeply connected to her purpose.
A growing community
Although Audrey is currently the only staff member featured on this page, Deeper Pathways is not being built by one person.
She is grateful to stand shoulder to shoulder with dozens of facilitators, collaborators, advisors, volunteers, and supporters who share the conviction that greater self-awareness and deeper personal transformation can contribute to more compassionate relationships, healthier communities, and greater harmony in the world.
Additional facilitator biographies, reflections, and voices from the Deeper Pathways community will be added as our programs and organization continue to grow.
